1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TeemSynk waitlist and website located at teemsynk.com (the "Site"), operated under the name AxolByte ("AxolByte," "we," "us," or "our"). AxolByte is currently an unregistered trade name operated by an individual founder, not a formally incorporated legal entity — we're telling you that upfront rather than implying otherwise. By joining the waitlist or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
2. The Waitlist
The Site currently offers a waitlist signup only. TeemSynk, the product, is not yet available, and no account, subscription, or payment is created or collected at this stage. Submitting your email joins you to the waitlist via our email provider (Kit); it does not guarantee access to TeemSynk, a specific launch date, or any particular feature set. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email you receive from us.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: submit false or misleading information when joining the waitlist; use the Site in any way that could disrupt, damage, or impair its operation; attempt to scrape, mine, or extract data from the Site beyond normal browsing; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
4. Intellectual Property
The TeemSynk name, logo, AxolByte name and logo, and all other branding, text, and visual design on this Site are owned by AxolByte. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our prior written permission.
5. No Warranty
The Site and the waitlist are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no promises about the future availability, features, timeline, or performance of TeemSynk as a product — the product is still in development, and details are subject to change.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AxolByte will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or the waitlist.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time, including as AxolByte's legal and operational status changes (for example, upon formal incorporation). The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to check back periodically.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Algeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, reflecting the founder's current place of residence.
